Emails to Boulder City Council

Note: The City of Boulder Open Data Catalog will be migrating to a new platform in early 2021 and this page will be removed. Please bookmark as the future site of Boulder Open Data.

This dataset contains emails sent by community members to City Council as well as staff and council responses to those emails.

Note: All emails to [email protected] are public record. Emails sent to individual council members are not included. Email addresses and phone numbers are automatically hashed with a long alphanumberic string in the data for privacy reasons. Visit for more information on contacting City Council.

This machine-readable dataset is automated with daily updates and contains emails starting on August 1, 2018. If you are using a program such as Microsoft Excel to view the data, we do not recommend using the HTML version of the files due to formatting issues.

This replaces the former PDF files of archived emails sent to City Council. Archived PDFs of emails sent to City Council from January 2017 through July 2018 can be accessed by a zipped folder on this page.
