Adult Homelessness System - Nightly Boulder Program Attendance

This data represents nightly program attendance numbers at Boulder-based providers serving single adults experiencing homelessness.

Housing-focused shelter (HFS) is administered by the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless and provides year-round, ongoing shelter for moderate- and high-need individuals. HFS participants stay in shelter, with support to develop a housing plan, until permanently housed at other locations.

Path to Home Navigation Services are administered by Bridge House and provides short-term supports intended for lower-need individuals. Overnight shelter is available for up to 50 adults with navigation plans.

Severe Weather Shelter, operated by Bridge House at rotating faith-based locations, is supplemental shelter open when the following weather conditions are predicted: 1) National Weather Service (NWS) warning or watch for winter weather, winter storm, blizzard, cold/wind chill, extreme cold/wind chill, heavy snow, ice storm; OR 2) NWS predicts a temperature of 32 degrees Fahrenheit or below; OR 3) NWS predicts a temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit or below with precipitation predicted. Dates that do not have severe weather shelter as an associated value indicate the program was not activated that night.
